Cindy founded NIHR in 1992 on the premise that high-level industry contacts require high-level, seasoned professionals. Under her leadership, NIHR boasts an unrivaled track record of client success and repeat business.

With extensive private, public, and government healthcare experience, Robin leads NIHR’s marketing, operations, and strategic client relations. Her focus covers specialized market research and campaigns.

Susan Cohen

Executive Director, Finance and Administration

Susan has over 15 years in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Human Resources experience. Prior to joining NIHR, Susan worked as the Director of Administration for a corporate investigative firm which dealt with Fortune 100 companies, major insurance carriers, T.P.A.’s and law firms for over 10 years. She kept the accounting for ten regional offices and was in charge of payroll and HR. She has also worked as an Office Manager in a doctor’s office where she was in charge of all billing and managing the office and as a Human Resources Supervisor for a T.P.A. Susan holds an Associate’s Degree.

Dave Blumberg

David employs a consultative sales methodology, leveraging his expertise of business development and the entire sales cycle to help NIHR clients reach their goals. He has 30 years of experience with solution sales and relationship building in highly competitive segments of the healthcare, financial services, energy, and IT verticals. Dave has spearheaded opportunities in revenue cycle, imaging, and radiology, including AI-based technologies. He is a high-energy leader with excellent people skills. Dave has a storied career of successful sales into the C-Suite of Fortune 1000 companies including Barclays and Goldman Sachs. He founded his own business on the floor of the commodities exchange in the World Trade Center. In his spare time Dave likes to spend time with family, fish, and play chess. He attended CUNY at Bernard M. Baruch College where he majored in accounting and minored in the social sciences.

Michael Brooks

Michael Brooks is a high-level leader and sales and marketing professional with over 20 years of experience in the healthcare and technology spheres. Prior to joining NIH Research (NIHR), Michael led the sales and marketing development efforts for an SAP and Microsoft Dynamics corporate software organization and was a VP for a disaster recovery and business continuity company. In 2018, he launched a medical services marketing practice called MEDxTeam which served hospitals and private medical practices with clinical laboratory services and back-office support for clinical studies. During the COVID-19 outbreak, Michael provided disinfectant solutions to medical practices. He also spent time in the medical insurance industry, where he communicated with thousands of health-care seekers. Michael studied Mechanical Engineering and received a BS in Physical Science and later earned a Master’s in People Development and Culture. Outside of the office, Michael enjoys spending time with his wife and two children and has traveled extensively, especially throughout Eastern Europe and Asia.

Jeanette Spencer

Jeanette Spencer is a high-level sales professional with over 25 years of experience in the technology industry. Prior to joining NIH Research (NIHR), Jeanette led the sales efforts for ADI Global Distribution/Honeywell and Cisco Systems. Over the spend of Jeanette’s sales career she has won numerous awards and gained recognition. She has closed multi-million dollar deals with accounts such as: Bank of America, Wachovia, Time Warner Cable, Carroll County Schools and Henry Medical Center. Jeanette studied Business Administration and received a BS in Business Management from Shorter University in Rome, Georgia. Outside of the office, Jeanette enjoys fine dining, traveling and spending time with her 4 grandchildren in Southern California. Jeanette is also passionate about helping the homeless community in Los Angeles, California. She has participated as a volunteer on various projects with the Los Angeles Mission.

Tiffany Nytes

Tiffany has more than 15 years of marketing and sales experience which includes business-to-business sales, customer service, and national account management. She has worked in the healthcare, IT and Human Resources fields performing several different roles such as sales, lead generation and sourcing. Tiffany has a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from The University of Wisconsin Platteville. She is a native of Wisconsin and continues to reside there. In her free time, Tiffany enjoys spending time with her family and training for marathons.

Jessy Carlisle

Jessica, or “Jessy” as she is known to her colleagues, has been a valuable asset to NIHR for over 5 years as a Project Manager and Sr. Research Consultant. Jessy delivers quality results based on her expertise within the Healthcare Field as well as her ability to connect with her clients and help them identify and reach their goals. Jessy has 10 years of experience in Sales and Marketing, with multiple years focused in the Healthcare Field. Prior to joining NIHR, Jessy was an Account Manager at Hewlett Packard in the Healthcare Division, in which she was responsible for business development and customer relations within her assigned territory of high-level accounts. Jessy also worked for the Department of Defense as a Business Development Administrator, in which she was involved in marketing campaigns and market research projects. Jessy graduated from Brigham Young University in Utah with a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Studies and a Minor in Marketing Management.

Gary Bennett

Gary Bennett has more than 20 years of high-tech industry experience in sales and marketing executive roles in companies ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500 organizations. His experience includes leadership and expertise in solutions selling, professional services, competitive analysis, software product development, and project management. Gary has a wealth of knowledge regarding technology and business life cycles. He has been responsible for the development of strategic & channel partnerships with a variety of companies, building, coaching and directing teams in Healthcare, Financial, and ECM (electronic content management). Gary holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics & Statistics from Indiana University.

Debra Brown

Debra brings more than 20 years of health industry experience in the areas of Business Development, Marketing, Sales & Training to the NIH team. Her foray into the health & fitness field began while working for a major software company, implementing & training client companies on a proprietary fitness program developed by NASA engineers. She then became an independent health & life agent for a major insurance company, and was ranked #7 nationally. From there, she spent several years in commercial finance. Tasked with developing a health & fitness vertical for the bank, Debra initiated several national fitness organization relationships, including a profitable partnership with the largest national 24-hour express chain fitness organization. She managed all franchise finance packages from the initial conversation to final funding, served as the weekly conference call speaker for the franchisor, and was invited to speak to the franchise group at their national convention. Debra also played a major role in the bank being awarded the honor of inclusion in the franchisor’s documentation (FDD), as the sole approved conventional lender. She was a regional Business Development Manager for the bank, working directly with physicians in mergers & acquisitions. She received multiple sales awards in both areas. Debra is not only able to effectively engage her customer, but also has a talent in communicating the progression of that customer relationship to the client company she’s representing. Debra also has firsthand knowledge of healthcare challenges, having provided daily, in-home healthcare for two family members with debilitating, long term illnesses. She attended Indiana State University, where she majored in Psychology, and resides in Houston, TX.

Graham Goff

Graham “Gray” Goff brings over 30 years of experience in Business Development, Lead Generation, Sales, Marketing, and Operations Management to his role as Client Liaison Director at NIH Research and Consulting. Prior to joining NIHR, his past clients served Fortune 1000 companies in different verticals spanning healthcare, pharmaceutical manufacturing, mining, aerospace and defense, industrial, chemical, energy, paper and plastics. He has extensive consulting experience helping businesses set realistic expectations and key benchmarks to measure success. Gray is passionate about identifying solutions and the best possible outcomes across multiple metrics. Gray is a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps and served four years as an Avionics Technician.

Randy Bernard

Randy has spent his professional life building sales teams and taking the challenge of turning underperforming businesses and start-up companies in healthcare and IT to profitability. He has served in many high-level positions and excels at business development, negotiating contracts, building client relationships, and think-tanking and ideation of products and services. His entrepreneurial spirit and innovative methods have been the key to his successful business approach. His experiences in Healthcare Recruiting, IT, and Telemedicine have given him the perspective to innovate methods that span disparate industries. Randy is involved with homeless, elder care, and career ministries and is passionate about helping people reach their full potential.
